Charles Shirtcliffe MA (Cantab)

Specialising in wills,probate, tax and propery and related litigation. Charles is a member of the
Law Society Probate Practioners Panel. He is also a past member of the Police Station and
Court Duty Solicitors Scheme with 10 years service. Charles now provides a service to private
clients who need to instruct a solicitor in criminal and civil matters.

David A Reston M A Oxon

Qualified Solicitor since 1970 .
Barrister (Bar of Bermuda) 1988.
Accredited Mediator (ADR Chambers Ltd) 2005

David Reston is skilled advocate, litigation specialist, mediator, negotiator and adviser with over 35 years experience as solicitor and nearly 20 years at the Bar.

Mr Reston trained and worked initially in London and was subsequently became senior partner in 2 substantial provincial practices namely Restons – Liverpool and Cheshire and then Booth & Co (now Addleshaw Goddard Leeds). Mr Reston’s international experience is substantial and culminated in a 3 year appointment as senior counsel for a Bermuda based international law firm. He speaks French to business standard.

Kiren Dulkoan LLB

Ms Kiren Dulkoan is responsible for the Family Law Service at Shirtcliffe & Reston.

Kiren studied Law at De Monfort University before practising in Guildford and then in London with Rodgers and Burton. Based in York Kiren offers a solid foundation for Family Law clients
in the North Yorkshire and York area.

Howard Meynell FILEX

Specialises in property law – for landlords and tenants, buying and selling a property.

The practice is fully supported by a team of legal secretaries and support to ensure prompt and timely service.

The offices also benefit from baby changing facilities and a small play area

Our offices provide access for clients from as far afield as Stokesley, Helmlsey, Ampleforth, Easingwold, Ripon, Alne, Helperby, Boroughbridge Northallerton and Thirsk. Our central York office provides a service for the city's residents and commuters from the outlying areas such as Tadcaster, Selby, Malton and Pickering.
